Nathie and Stef

Ayana is a meeting: Nathie on vocals, Stef on guitar. Two ways of telling a song, answering each other.

With Stef, we wanted to create a simple and warm duo: one voice, one guitar, and a repertoire of covers chosen with care. Songs we love, reinterpreted our own way, in a lounge, soft and pleasant atmosphere.

The idea is not to make noise for the sake of it. What we offer is a musical moment to share: an atmosphere, a presence, something alive but delicate.

Stef brings the guitar, the harmonies, the groove, the subtlety of the accompaniment. He holds the thread of the song and steps back when needed. I bring my voice, my emotions, my way of telling the stories.

We found each other around two shared passions, music and the sea, and we have been playing together for a year.

What we are both after is the moment when a familiar song becomes new again for whoever is listening.
